Organyze 3.1 Enterprise Edition helps you do all the things the individual edition lets you do, PLUS the things listed below:

  • Shared labels: Shared labels are like personal labels; only, shared labels are accessible to select groups or to all users in a local network.
  • Shared comments: Shared comments are like personal comments; only, shared comments are accessible to select groups or to all users in a local network.
  • Work on and off the network: Besides using the Organyze Enterprise Edition in the local network you can use it like an individual editionif it is installed on a laptop you use in or out of the office. You can sync files/folders along with labels and comments with the shared environment whenever you are re-connected to the office network.
  • Export/import labels, comments and bookmarks: Export/import labels, comments and bookmarks from the shared system to a personal computer and vice versa based on access rights.
  • Synchronize: Synchronize labels, comments and bookmarks from the shared system to a personal computer and vice versabased on access rights.
  • Backup: Automatically and quickly back up data on all machines in your organization every day without lifting a finger and retain variable numbers of copies for different machines, drives or folders.
