Informachine Pvt. Ltd. is a software company with three full-fledged software products in its portfolio – the Informachine smart online news tracker, Organyze, the comprehensive file management system, and Organyze Grabber, the powerful web link-grabbing tool.
Our work began as a software division of The Information Company Pvt. Ltd. (T.I.C.), which has been developing web-related software since 1999 and has built software solutions in the areas of content management, marketing, sales, and HR for some of the biggest Indian business groups, besides creating websites and collateral design for some of the biggest companies in the country and in some other countries.
In 2019, the software products division was carved out from the parent company and Informachine Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated under the leadership of Mr. Kiron Kasbekar, promoter and former chairman and managing director of T.I.C. The parent company now focuses on content, design, and IT solutions.
Mr. Kasbekar is a former Editor of The Economic Times, Bombay, India's leading business daily, Business Editor of The Times of India, India's leading English daily, and Managing Editor of Business India magazine, then India’s No.1 business magazine.
The system was developed to simplify and automate the recruitment process. It has modules for the creation of job vacancy notices, receiving detailed online-filled applications, sending notifications, profile management, response management, creating forms and an extensive criteria-based profile search. The system has been used by organizations such as Tata AutoComp Systems, Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital in Pune, and Axis Bank in Mumbai, to name a few.
We custom-built a robust system that ensured employee engagement, activations and internal communication to meet the needs of a very large intranet for one of the biggest business groups in India, which is one of the biggest corporate intranets in the world. The intranet has a host of features, including blog contribution, image and video uploads by users, activity centers, discussion forums, a bargain corner, and much more.
The TIC Content Management System developed some years ago, and updated since, has proved to be highly effective to build a wide-range of digital assets for a range of companies. The fully customizable CMS helps organizations manage content for websites, e-commerce sites, blogs and other vehicles for enterprise content.
Being highly scalable (capable of managing multiple websites of an organization in different locations (e.g., a company’s different websites in several countries or states or in different languages), the CMS implementation has included one the biggest Indian business groups for their different, but linked websites on four continents.
A community forum website developed for professionals in the design space – to connect, engage and showcase trends and diverse offerings in interiors was created.
The platform ensures that relevant content from domestic and international open websites are automatically sourced daily, and presented in the online forum. Visitors have an option to share the content and subscribe for alerts. The Godrej Group has been using this platform as part of its thought-leadership program.
TIC has developed and are maintaining an application to evaluate the performance of all staff (teaching and non-teaching) for Aditya Birla World Academy.
TIC has created testing tools that help examiners conduct tests for a large number of students, and to give scores to them. Its functionalities included the creation of question banks, and score report generation.
