    Each team member can log into ORGANYZE from their location using his or her company log-in details, and start coordinating with team members in seconds. It’s that simple!

  • The convenient file sharing and retrieving features of Organyze will enable team members to collaborate seamlessly, whether they are in the office, or at home, or on a visit to another city.
  • Every time a user makes changes in a file, team members with access will have an updated version of the file to work, along with its versioning history.

  • Users can download, view, and comment on any type of file in any web/mobile browser
  • Create and send auto expiry links to share project folders or large files with external entities likes clients, vendors and partners.
  • All data is stored on a secure Microsoft Azure cloud server. This service comes with a 25-GB storage space per user, and an SQL database.
  • Alternatively, you can buy your own SQL Server and storage space from Azure, or from AWS, if you wish to do so.
